Georgian Home Redesign - Emilie Heinonen
Founder and design of People and Spaces, Emilie has totally remodelled her Georgian home in Bristol. Moving the Kitchen up from the dingy depths of the lower ground floor, to become the light, bright centre of the home.
Inspired by the French/Italian rustic style, Emilile has masterfully reworked the space to bring a warmth and grounding to the home. At the core of the design is a large kitchen table around which centres most of family life. Large sash windows bring light into the centre of the home and the tones and textures of the space bring an understated sense of comfort and welcome.
